Rajinikanth Get Rs.24 Crore For Rana

Rajinikanth is termed as the Superstar of Indian cinema in terms of his unique style acting skills and distinctive mannerisms he showcases in his films. But in terms of remuneration too he stands on top list as he is the second highest paid actor in Asia after Jackie Chan.

The matinee idol is currently recovering at Mount Elizabeth hospital in Singapore and is said to be back in Chennai in a week or in 10 days. His fans across the world are immersed in prayers for the actor to get well soon. Besides this the trade circles are at a buzz that Rajini has reportedly been paid 24 crores as his first installment on Rana. The actor has already received the installment of Rs 24crore and apart from this his second daughter Soundarya holds a stake as a partner in the project.
Rana is a historical action film, which sees Rajini playing different roles. Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone is confirmed as one of the lead actress in the film while Ileana and Tabu were under consideration for the rest two roles.
Rajini’s wife Latha and son-in-law Dhanush confirmed that Rajini will be back in action on the sets of Rana very soon.
