Udhayan Movie Review

Udhayan Movie Review 1

Platitudes spilled everywhere into the film that nowhere stands different from the commercial potboilers. Finding opportunity to make his debut directorial with ‘Udhayan’, director Chaplin has failed terribly by crafting a time-worn script that has a not-so good performance by the artists.

The film opens with ‘Thimiru’ shade as we find a bunch of goons lead by a ferocious Thalaivar (Aashish Vidyarthi) in search of someone to bump him off. Cut to Chennai - Vasanth (Arulnidhi) is a handsome, smart lad employed as an assistant manager in ICICI Bank. Not to miss his colleague (Santhanam), who goes through ludicrous moments over his job. Vasanth feels straight from his heart and openly admits his interest to marry Priya (Pranitha) on the first sight. When everything seemingly proceeds well through their way, a flashback reveals unsettled disputes among few characters in the film including Vasanth.

Udhayan Movie Review

When an actor supposedly makes his debut in a film based on rural backdrop, his next immediate option would be display a different avatar as a smart city boy. So does Arulnidhi - he crunches down the baddies, sings limitless duets with heroine appearing in skimpy costumes and finally take up ‘Vishal’ act (Thimiru, Sandakozhi) during climax. Arulnidhi definitely needs a crash course to make things happen. Pranitha on the other end might keep the guys engaged with her looks. But again, she has to pay more attention towards her costumes. Her cute cherubic looks impress us and she might have some luck in Kollywood. Aashish Vidyarthi renders an effortless performance as a dangerous goon. Krishna Moorthy of ‘Naan Kadavul’ fame as a Brahmin is a ridiculous factor and it’s unacceptable. Santhanam in his fixed paradigm tries evoking laughter and indeed succeeds.

Manikanth Kadri from Kannada film industry forays into Kollywood with this film and has delivered some tunes that are appreciable. Cinematography Vijay Milton has some colorful visuals and a good illustration can be witnessed with the songs.

Udhayan’ doesn’t manage to keep the interest levels of audiences the same throughout and it stumbles down halfway, turning them restless.

There could no be no apt title than 'Vandhaan Vendraan' for a Jeeva-starrer at this point of time. Even as the actor ruling the box-office with 'Ko', comes 'Vandhaan Vendraan', generating huge expectations due to reasons many.

Vanthaan Ventraan Preview

Firstly, the film stars Jeeva, a reliable name among Tamil actors to look for quality entertainers. And it is directed by Kannan, a former associate of Mani Ratnam, who has built an image for himself with movies like 'Jayamkondan' and 'Kanden Kadhalai'.

Finally, this is the second film in Tamil for Tapsee, the 'Vellavi vechi velutha...' Punjabi girl, who won over the hearts of Tamil masses by beautifully playing the role of an Anglo Indian girl in Dhanush-starrer 'Aadukalam'.

Produced by K S Srinivasan of Vasan Visual Ventures, the man behind 'Naan Kadavul' and 'Boss Engira Baskaran', 'Vandhaan Vendraan' has music by Thaman, whose music is also said to be one of the highlights of the film.

Jeeva , who plays a boxer in the movie, says, "the script is simply amazing and has everything in it to impress the audience. All credits go to Kannan for beautifully conceiving and making the film. It is an entertainer with a difference."

He adds: "It is a interesting role, that of a professional boxer that I play in the movie. And, I underwent rigorous training for this. Also, with Santhanam around, there is no dearth of comedy".

For 'Vandhaan Vendraan', Kannan shot for almost 22 days in Mumbai's sensitive areas like the Gateway of India and Taj Hotel. "We were refused permission initially, as security was high in these areas where the terror attack of 2008 happened. But my script was conceived four years back, even before the incident, and I went out of my way to convince them."

Kannan also clears the air by saying that 'Vandhan Vendran' is not a remake, but based on an original script penned by him. "My maiden film Jayamkondan too is not inspired by any other movie. Only my second venture Kanden Kadhalai is the Tamil adaptation of Bollywood hit Jab We Met," says the former associate of Mani Ratnam.

He adds: "Though Jeeva is playing a boxer, it is just his profession in the movie and it doesn't have any crucial importance. The screenplay will be so different and I am hopeful that film-buffs would love watching Vandhaan Vendraan."

Rio Movie Review

Wednesday, April 13, 2011 · 0 comments

In the screening of RIO that I attended, the English version was erroneously played for about 15 minutes. It was pretty enjoyable to be very frank, and I was apprehensive whether the Hindi version would match up to it. To my surprise, it did!

Rio-film-PosterA pretty young blue macaw Blu (Shaan) is enjoying his life in a jungle before being ensnared and illegally taken to a small town. He's rescued by a young girl Linda. The two become the best of friends and even brush their teeth together. One fine day, a Brazilian ornithologist visits Linda and informs her that Blu is the last remaining male of their species. He requests Linda to allow Blu to be taken to Brazil, where a female Jewel (Sunidhi Chauhan) is waiting. Linda along with Blu arrives in Brazil. Shortly after Blu meets the spunky Jewel, they are captured and about to be smuggled.
Director Carlos Saldanha (ICE AGE) creates a wonderful tale, high on emotions. The relationship between Linda and Rio and also the brewing love between Rio and Jewel are endearing. Although the film lacks in the humour department, its script is strong enough to hold your attention. The animation is good but you wish there were more scenes in which you feel things come out from the screen to your auditorium, when you have your 3D glasses on. Renato Falcao's cinematography is superb.
The moment Rio starts flying, there's a smile on your face cheering him. The carnival climax in Rio de Janeiro is riveting. The Indianised songs are simply hilarious.

Ponnar Shankar Review

Tuesday, April 12, 2011 · 0 comments

Director: Thiagarajan
Producer & Screenplay: Thiagarajan
Based on Ponnar Shankar by M. Karunanidhi
Starring: Prashanth, Pooja Chopra, Divya Parameshwaran, Sneha
Music:Ilaiyaraaja
Cinematography: Shaji Kumar
Editing: Don Max
Studio: Lakshmi Shanthi Movies

ponnar-shankarIt looks like Thyagarajan basically wanted to make a flick like ‘Ben-Hur’, ‘Troy’, ‘Brave Heart’ and many more movies of this genre. Alas! One would really feel like coming out of theatres with pain in their necks for they might have been confused terribly with never-ending league of star-casts. In the recent times, almost all the films done by Kalainyar M. Karunanidhi have been boasting of ensemble star-casts, though they don’t have much role to perform. In all likelihood, ‘Ponnar Shankar’ belongs to this league.

Ponnar_shankar_3

The basic storyline of ‘Ponnar Shankar’ is so hackneyed and we have seen it in several movies that involve brother-sister conflict and later their sons-daughters falling in love with marriage as the climax point.

Ponnar-Shankar-Tamil-Movie

Bringing you the complete story of ‘Ponnar Shankar’ over here has two big disadvantages - It would run into pages and then you’re likely to wriggle your heads in discombobulations.

To keep it short and simple, the story goes this way…

Twin brothers Ponnar & Shankar (both roles played by Prashanth) are mentored by Rakki (Raj Kiran) and Mayavar (Nasser). They are depicted as the savior of poor people and they fight for justice. Just as the story proceeds, we find them saving two sisters Muthayi (Pooja Chopra) and Pavalayi (Divya Parameshwaran) and as predicted, they fall in love with each other. Eventually, their father Chinna Malaikozhundhu gives green signal to their marriage…

Ponnar-Shankar-Movie-Stills

But the twist in tale strikes a connection involving between two families with more than a dozen of actors appearing second half.

Most of the sequences in the film looks like a stage play hosted by school children. It’s too amateurish in many places and director Thyagarajan fails to evoke our interests. The screenplay is too flimsy and it gradually irks us out to the extremum. Even the graphic sequences are exaggerated during many portions. But! What’s appreciable with Thyagarajan is that he has produced the film without risking some other producers’ investments. Special kudos for this gesture...

Although we have such a large number of star-casts, none of them have done a perfect job. Perhaps, this is the first time a period movie has been made sans a substantial content.

But the songs by Ilayaraja turn out to be a major disappointment.

On the whole, ‘Ponnar Shankar’ doesn’t stand out as a very best flick. But it can be watched if audiences have no other options.

But Prashanth we would love to see you back in films like ‘Jeans’, ‘Chembaruthi’, ‘Thiruda Thiruda’ and ‘Kanehtire Thondrinal’.

Appavi Movie Review

Thursday, April 7, 2011 · 0 comments

Tamil film industry doesn’t run short off stories based on ‘Politics-Corruption’. Last Friday, we had S.A. Chandrasekhar’s ‘Sattapadi Kutram’ based on similar concept. Now ‘Appavi’ comes out as a repetition of same theme made with a bunch of newcomers.

AppaviThe film is produced by V.L. Thandapani under the banner of Devi Visions while Raghuraj has handled story, screenplay and direction. Newcomer Gautham and Suhani have performed lead roles with K. Bhagyaraj having an important character.
‘Appavi’ revolves around a youngster Bharathi (Gautham) is involved in the mysterious killing of politicians during night times. A flashback reveals that he has such a needy revenge to take upon. His main target is none other Sugani Saamy (Mahadevan). Just as it happens in most of the Tamil movies, villain’s daughter Ramya (Suhani) falls in love with him. What happens next is a series of social messages conveyed through means of violence.
Haven’t we caught up with numerous movies of this same storyline? Lots and lots and yet ‘Appavi’ stands out as a watchable one because a good performance by newcomer Gautham and the screenplay that is engaging at few points. K. Bhagyaraj’s portions are done well. Suhani overreacts at many sequences. She seems to have presumed herself as a A-league heroine and do whatever she wants and audiences will admire her. Comedy actor Suruli of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kulu’ fame tries tickling our funny bones with his tracks.
Joshua Sridhar’s songs are enjoyable and some of them are foot-tapping numbers. Cinematography isn’t up to the mark.
With many big releases coming up from next week, it’s a big doubt whether this film can retain its position on screens.
Verdict: Average only

Nanjupuram Movie Review

NanjupuramProduction: Sri Thenandal Films, Illusionz Infinite Film
Direction: Charles
Star-casts: Raghav, Monica and others
Music: Raghav

Tamil film industry closely strikes an impertinent connection with ‘Snake’ movies. There have been more movies churned under this genre that includes some of the biggest hits. Nearly after a long sabbatical gap, we come across a similar flick titled ‘Nanjupuram’. But make a guess – it’s not an usual snake based movie where the creature takes new avatar as a beautiful woman and comes out to seek revenge.
Years back we got into an enthralling experience of watching a edge-on-seat Hollywood thriller ‘Snakes on the Plane’ that was a standout flick based on an horrendous scenario of flights haunting the flight and its passengers at 30,000 ft.
Let’s get started with ‘Nanjupuram’

Nanjupuram1Nanjupuram as signified by the title is about a village that is filled poisonous snakes and the villagers are victimized by its venoms. Velu (Raghav) is the film’s protagonist, a free-wheeling type guy romancing a beautiful belle Mala (Monica). The two become so obsessed with each other that they get physical. On an unexpected turn of event, when a snake runs in for injecting its venom on Mala, Velu becomes the savior, but doesn’t kill the snake, but taps on it. Consequently, it leaves villagers to rekindle the hearsays of past – Snake that in injured, but not killed will seek its revenge. Ensuring for Velu’s safety, the villagers arrange out a safety place for 40days that will keep him away from hazardous situation.
But what unfolds next is a simple tale that is based on the famous fable – King Vs Snake and a twist through Lemon… (If not aware, hear it from your grannies).
Starting off with our analysis, we must appreciate Raghav for taking such a good and impressive effort. We have already seen his performance though in minor roles, he has been pretty good. The high-skilled actor does some magic on music as well. Monica and her oomph factor speaks a lot than her performance while rest of the star-casts have done justice to their roles.
On the flip side, the film shot in a digital camera leaves the visual outputs on below average level, but the graphic works have been done well.
If Rama Narayanan takes special efforts to promote the film, it can do a fair business in box office.

AzhagarsamiyinKudhirai

Star Cast: Appukutty, Prabhakaran, Saranya Mohan,   Adwaitha, Soori, Aruldass
Direction: Suseendran
Music: Illayaraja

After tasting back-to-back hits in ‘Venilla Kabbadi Kuzhu’ and ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’, director Suseendran is keen to repeat the magic in his third venture-  ‘Azhagasamiyin Kudhirai’.

A wooden horse forms the central character in the film, produced by Madhan and to be released in association with Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine Movies. Music is by maestro Illayaraja, with Appukutty and Saranya Mohan of ‘Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu’ fame playing the lead roles.

Suseendran has attempted a full-length comedy, liberally sprinkled with emotion. The characterisation is also said to be unique. The story is set in a village called Mallayapuram near Theni. The villagers believe the Rain God will favour them after the annual Thiruvizha, during which the deity is taken around the hamlet on a wooden horse. They are in for a rude shock when the horse goes missing.

Azhagarsamiyin Kudhirai MovieAt the same time, Azhagarsami, a youngster who earns his livelihood by ferrying loads on his horse in Aagamalai village in Periyakulam, gets ready for his marriage. His horse also goes missing, and his marriage is put on hold. Do the villagers and Azhagarsami find their respective horses? This forms the crux of the story, according to sources close to the unit.

Says the director, “When I conceived the story, I decided that Appukutty should do it. It is a feel-good film and I am elated at the way every frame has shaped up. The movie has got a fresh look thanks to the involvement of maestro Ilayaraja. It was my dream to work with the Isaignani. No one else can do better justice that him for the subject.”

The album has three songs. Illayaraja has come up with scintillating tunes, he adds. Unarguably the best in the trade as far as re-recording is concerned, Illayaraja, pleased with the film, recorded the background score with a talented band of musicians specially flown down from Hungary.

Suseendran is optimistic that the movie would be commercial successful. Besides he plans to send it to various international film festivals. All said, ‘Azhagarsamiyin Kudhirai’ promises to be a treat this summer.

Anwar is the Tamil version of the Malayalam film by the same name starring Prakash Raj, Prithviraj, Mamta Mohandas in lead roles. The duo of Prakash Raj and Prithviraj is already a name to reckon in Kollywood after quality films like ‘Mozhi’ and ‘Vellithirai’.

After those soft films the duo is back with a thriller Anwar which is set in the backdrop of terrorism. Loosely inspired from the Coimbatore serial blasts, the film talks about how the youth are purposely lured by terror modules operating in the country. ‘Anwar’ is a stylish thriller filled with events that are sure to give you a déjà vu feel

In jail he meets Babu Sait (Lal), a community leader cum businessman accused of masterminding the Coimbatore serial blasts. Jeeva’s Singam Puli Review

Saturday, March 5, 2011 · 0 comments

Production: Silver Line Film Factory
Direction: Sai Ramani
Star-casts: Jeeva, Divya Spandana, Honey Rose, Santhanam, Ponvannan, Kuyili and others
Music: Mani Sharma

Singam Puli 3
Doing double role is always a delight for actors. From the days of MGR to Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan till the contemporary heroes, the craze to play two characters in one film is immense.

Joining the list is Jeeva with ‘Singam Puli’. As the title suggests, it is the tale of a ferocious battle between brothers (both played by Jeeva). Obviously it has to be between the good and the bad.

Debutant director Sai Ramani seems to have been inspired heavily by the likes of ‘Vaali’ and ‘Azhagiya Thamizh Magan’ and laced it up with few moments from ‘Manmadha Leelai’ to render a commercial cocktail in ‘Singam Puli’.

Jeeva who has a penchant to try his hands at different themes in Tamil cinema has gathered guts to do a double role. He has taken the task on his shoulders and gives a matured performance.

The actor manages to bring out the subtle differences between the two roles with consummate ease. Especially as the lusty younger brother Ashok, Jeeva impresses. Then there is Divya Spandhana, Santhanam and Ponvannan among others to give him company.

Siva (Jeeva) sells fish in a market, while his younger brother Ashok (Jeeva) is an advocate. The elder brother is honest and straight-forward while the younger one is a spoilt brat, pampered by their parents Vedachalam (Ponvannan) and Muthulakshmi (Kuyili).

The parents believe Ashok is sincere and obedient and always chides Siva. As it happens, Ashok in the company of friends including Bujji Babu (Santhanam) spends his time loitering behind girls.

He is a Romeo in the sense he manages to pull to the bed all women he comes across. Then there is Swetha (Divay Spandhana) who is in love with Siva. As it happens Ashok in the pretext of love spoils the life of one Gayathri (Soundarya). She eventually dies.

Singam Puli 1

Coming to know that his brother is behind the crime, Siva goes to court but could not prove that he is guilty. Now a game begins between the two. Who emerges triumphant forms the climax.

Jeeva has done his part well. He is there giving his best in every frame. He is honest and straightforward as Siva while brings the right variation as Ashok.

Divya Spandhana appears briefly and has a song with Jiiva. Soundarya tries to fit in the role with great difficulty. Santhanam is entertaining in parts. But his double meaning dialogues could have been avoided.

Singam Puli 2

Mani Sharma disappoints with his muical score. They are loud and forgettable. Balasubrmanaiam's camera is soft. The major lacunae in the movie is its length. The second half is too draggy and needs an urgent trimming.

Then there are many scenes towards the climax that are too predictable. Also songs put a brake on the movie's progress. Produced by S Parthi and S S Vasan, ‘Singam Puli’ gives one a deja vu feel.

Aadu Puli Movie Review, story

Tuesday, February 22, 2011 · 0 comments

Come what may, nothing can stop the flow of masala movies as far as Tamil cinema is concerned. And interestingly, but for few which are very clichéd, many worked wonders in the box-office, right from the black and white era to these digital days.

Having immense faith in this theory, first-time filmmaker Vijay Prakash has dished out a commercial entertainer, which strictly follows all the unwritten rules. Bit too spicy, ‘Aadu Puli’ also entertains us to a decent extent.

aadu-Puli-AadhiMovie

Produced by Michael Rayappan of Global Infotainment (‘Naadodigal’ ‘Goripalayam’ and ‘Thenmerkku Paruvakattru’ to his credit), the movie has a huge star cast- Aadhi, Poorna, Prabhu, Ravichandran, K R Vijaya, Suresh and ‘Nizhalgal’ Ravi among others.

Our hero Idhayakani (Aadhi) comes from a very big family, consisting father Bhagyanathan (Prabhu) mother Kalaiarasi (Anupama), grandfather (Ravichandran), grandmother (K R Vijaya) and a sister.

Even as all is well in the family, Idhayakani falls in love with Anjali (Poorna), daughter of a powerful Minister Thillainayagam (Suresh). Surprisingly, Thillainayagam, who aspires to become the Chief Minister of the State, gives nod to his daughter’s affair.

The lover couple gets ready for marriage with blessings from elders in both the families, but hurdle after hurdle prevent them from tying the knot. Initially unable to find who is the archer behind all the arrows, Idhayakani is shocked when he comes to know about the villain. What starts is a game, which would remind you the title.

Aadhi is on an upgradation mode and ‘Aadu Puli’ is one more step to his reaching the stardom. He fits well to the mass hero role. Poorna does a neat job in the role offered to her. Prabhu, Ravichandran, K R Vijaya and Suresh add credibility to their characters.

Sundar C Babu’s music is average while Rajavel Oliveeran’s camera has worked within the commercial format. Songs penned by Vaalee, Viveka and Kalaikumar come in regular intervals, providing relief.

Finally, ‘Aadu Puli’ is a predictable and has all the ingredients we had already seen in many movies. But at the same time, it is a clean entertainer (certified U by the Censors), which is fit for complete family viewing.

Nadunisi Naaygal Movie review

Movie doesn’t have songs and is also considered under 2 hours. It’s Sameera Reddy, beginner Veera in the lead and Samantha performs a natural part. It’s a new-age thriller that’s from a technical perspective exceptional in comparison with films within this style produced in India.
Gautham, who’s usually eager at getting brand new platforms and methods, has adopted an extremely distinctive strategy in ‘Nadunisi Naaigal’. Themovie sets a brand new pattern in Tamil cinema,.Nadunisi Naaygal holds true metropolitan mental thriller which usually carries on for 1 hour 30 minutes. Amazingly Nadunisi Naaygal doesn’t have any kind of tunes as well as background score. Basically Gautham’s Nadunisi Naaygal isn’t a feel very good movie, but neither could it be a nauseating experience at creating a psychological thriller. The film may very well deliver shivers via your own back bone or even relax you with fear. The weak-hearted and  heart patient Please Don’t watch his movies

Gaganam Telugu Movie Review

Update : Despite a serious movie, the entertainment quotient is not missed. Intelligently he grooved in a film hero and his fan in the flight to bring in humor. Similarly at the end the way the director used a junior artiste for a military operation also sounds interesting.

Gaganam is latest Telugu Movie with Nagarjuna in lead role. Gaganam Movie is directed by Radha Mohan and important roles in Gaganam are essayed by Nagarjuna, Prakash Raj, Anushka etc. Gaganam is a different kind of movie which Nagarjuna is taking a risk in playing in. Patiala House Movie Review: A Worth Watching Movie With An Inspirational Message

Patiala House Movie Review: After making his last year monotonous on the box office with his insipid movies another Akshay Kumar Starrer is all set to go through litmus test in front of audience.

patiyala-house-

Last year turned out to be horrible for Akshay Kumar especially as his three big budget movies got crushed on the box office.

No one came to know that when these movies came in the cinema theatre and when got off.
Now once again Akshay Kumar is ready with his fourth movie in six months. His latest movie which is set for release is Patiala House.

Unlike the image of Akshay Kumar or his previous movies Patiala house is more focused movie on relations between father and a son. Patiala house is altogether a different movie as compare to the movie we all have been getting to tickle our soft ribs from Akshay Kumar.

It is highly serious movie. Despite this there are couples of moment that show us the real Akshay Kumar that we all expect in his every movie. Patiala House is more focused on inspiring the young generation for chasing their dream instead of saying die like cowards.

It serves an inspirational message to the audience that life is only given once and we all must make the most of it. We all must chase our dreams and fulfill them so that we do not have to die with regrets of not getting our dreams fulfilled.

In this movie Akshay Kumar has played a serious role of a son named Pargat Singh Kahlon alias Gattu who wants to play International Cricket for England but his father and his earlier experience of facing a racial attack during his youth becomes the hindrance of his way.

This movie also indicates towards the family bonding which comes on the stake owing to the dream of Gattu to play for England.

In this movie the role of Gattu’s Father has been justified by Veteran Rishi Kapoor who has done tremendous job in order to justify his stand of not allowing Gattu to fulfill his dream like all the parents do.

Talking about the presence of another legendry Veteran so that is none other than Dimple Kapadia who is more dominating character in this movie than anyone else. Dimple Kapadia has controlled RIshi Kapoor throughout the movie and at the same time she has been a great support for Gattu also.

Rishi has played the role of Bauji of Gattu in this movie that tears Gattu’s dream of turning cricketer for England apart right in front of his eyes. So far Gattu is concerned so Gattu is a kind of character that is living under the dominating shadow of his bauji.

Gattu is dancing to the tune of his Bauji. At seeing his dream being torn apart by his Bauji Gattu gets dejected and decides to lead somber life imposed by his bossy Bauji. But Anushka Sharma who is a ravishing caliber of Bollywood has done hypnotic job in doing justice to his seriously breathtaking role of support for a dejected and heartbroken lad like Gattu.

She lends her moral as well as mental hand in order to make him assimilate that life is full of precarious thorns and difficult as well as knotty challenges at every step for all those who wish to become something in their life. So it is not about saying die rather it is to fight hard against all the hardships and show the world your toughness and determination for success.

Once Gattu understands it he gets rejuvenated and musters his lost courage by coming out his Bauji’s bossy nature’s influence. At the end of the movie he turns out to be a cricketer for England. But what is more important in this movie is that Gattu has shown that one should be tough to face the hardships of life if one is aspirant of acquiring sparkling success in the life because we live only once.

But during the survey conducted about this movie By DLN Sources movie goers shocking compared this inspirational movie with Namaste London which is entirely a love story of NRI Girl living in London and Desi Indian Chap. In addition to it couple of movie goers tagged it with the tag of replica of De Dana Dhan of John Abraham.

In my view this movie is worth watching  In my view this movie is worth watching but Director Nikhil Advani and company has committed a big mistake of releasing this inspirational movie around the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011. Moreover, besides this there is one more hindrance in front of this movie is that the torrential rain of flop movies of Akshay Kumar in last six months.

But talking about the performance of every character in Patiala House so Gattu (Akshay Kumar) deserves a huge pat on his back as he has done mesmerizing job in playing the role of a boy who is turning happy face all the time in order to keep the respect of his Bauji but at the same time he is dying slowly from inside because his dream has been shattered by his Bauji.

On the other hand Anushka’s performance is mind blowing. This beautiful actress has done her job as beautifully as she herself is in reality. As far as Prem Chopra, DImple kapadia and the other characters are concerned so they are also worth getting praise for their job.

So fans let’s just wait for this movie to hit the big screen of your hometown and expect Patiala House to be a big hit despite upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and  everything else.

The latest rage among Ajith fans is the Mankatha trailer that has just been released. The trailer spans just about 2 minutes but it’s a real display of professionalism. The interesting part of the trailer is that it is not just made for the fans but also by the fans themselves.

Hats off to those who put in all the effort to make this video look ever so thrilling and by no means does it look like a low grade production as all the scenes have a great visual appeal about them. Moreover crispy tags in between like “Business is business until it is personal”, “A war on survival”, “when you change the rules, the game becomes deadly” etc have been cleverly inserted to make it an all-in-all perfect teaser.
